If you'd like to read about science fiction cons which have past (and maybe plan for next year!) this might be a good resource...
http://sf.emse.fr/SFRG/sfrgk2.htm
I was actually looking for Blars, who was the main 'keeper' of the sciffylist for many years and who seems to have gone over the rim (well, maybe i need to keep digging!).
Anyone know where Blars is? I did +blars +science fiction and came up with some interesting stuff, like the link I offered above.
Keep the faith!

San Diego, CA 92108
Sept. 28th-30th, 2007
Membership is $40 until 9/15/07, $45 at the door.
Room Rate: $115/day for all rooms and parking is $6/day (in & out)
They will have a parking discount for those not staying at the hotel but I don't know what it is.

This is a fun little con. If you remember all the cons that drew in fans before the Cremation, you'll really enjoy this con. The staff is having fun and it shows. I go every year and I have fun every year.
